EVENT: 9th Annual Belle Glade Health Fair

It is exciting to see that our church members are willing to serve God! We are pleased to inform
you that Grace Fellowship is teaming up with Palm Glades Rural Heath Clinic to provide free medical
assistance to the underprivileged in Belle Glade. This is the 9th Annual Health Fair put on by Palm
Glades Rural Health Clinic. This year's fair will offer: free health screenings, screening for
hypertension, diabetes, immunization, and more. Grace Fellowship will be helping with medical
volunteers. We will also being providing free hamburgers and hotdogs to those who attend the Fair.
Last year there were 5,000 people there which means we have quite a task ahead of us! That's where
you come in...
VERY IMPORTANT:
If you are willing to help, then please fill out the form below. Please be sure to include a working
telephone number. Also, you will need to specify what exactly you will help out with at the health
fair. We are in great need of doctors and nurses to volunteer their time and effort to help those in
need.
In addition, we need volunteers who will COOK (at least 10 people), SERVE FOOD (as many volunteers
as possible), AND BE A GENERAL HELPER (as many volunteers as possible).
ATTENTION!!!! Please only check "doctor," or "nurse" if that is your profession.
